We organise and run two races each year, one in the summer and one in the winter. 

In February our cross country race is part of the East Midlands Cross Country League which is open to all members of England Athletics Registered Clubs.

2024's event is Sunday 4 February at Colwick Woods. Expect mud, hills, and some of the friendliest marshals cheering you on.

Our main race is in August when we host a road 10k race which is open to all ages and abilities from top level national athletes to first timers.

The Formula One Circuit Crew Castle Rock 10k is back for 2024 and it's the 20th edition of the race! We'll be back at University of Nottingham's University Park campus on Friday 2 August.

We're delighted that the FOCR 10k has been chosen for the Notts AAA Road Running County Championships 2024. We hope to see some competitive racing alongside our fun and friendly atmosphere.

Super early bird entries will open on Friday 5 April, with early bird and regular entries on sale up until the end of July.
